Dan oversees all transactions and clients. He has been a Cedar Rapids Area Realtor since 1995. An established agent offering experience and knowledge in residential, acreage, farm and lot properties. Offering sales of these through multiple listing or auction. Specializes in Cedar Rapids and its surrounding communities. Dan consistently ranks as a top agent with Iowa Realty.
Kathy Kaestner, Licensed Real Estate Assistant
Kathy is Dan's wife and assists him. You will meet her when looking at homes or at open houses. She also oversees the office and buyers/sellers needs.
Melissa Lennie, Client Care Specialist
Melissa is Dan and Kathy's niece. You will hear from her at the time an offer goes together until closing. Along with this she has a variety of office duties. She has a degree from The University of Northern Iowa in Real Estate Finance.
Annie Kaestner, Licensed Realtor
Annie is Dan and Kathy's daughter-in-law. She has been practicing real estate in the Ames area and is a buyers agent for the Kaestner Team.
